Proposed Leasehold Reform Cap 2026

The new cap proposed in 2026 Leasehold Reform that the UK government published as part of the draft Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Bill in late January 2026 that introduces a statutory cap on ground rents for existing leasehold properties does NOT apply to park homes as they are subject to a pitch fee, not ground rent.
